The Problem

Nectar (a storefront builder) is a new product from Parcel (delivery service). Nectar faces two problems: users find it very difficult to build their storefront, and Parcel finds it hard to attract users to use Nectar and connect it to Parcel.

From research, common pains

  • Users don’t know what steps to take first to start building the storefront.

  • Users rely heavily on customer service to navigate the product.

  • Customer service reps need multiple sessions to learn how to navigate.

  • Parcel users are not aware of Nectar’s existence.
